Dream Villa

Dream Villa in Umalas is Azula Designs' most ambitious Bali residential project — a multi-level villa that required a complete design solution across four kitchens, two master bedrooms, multiple dining and living spaces, and three rooftop seating areas, all held together by a consistent design vision.

The scale of the project reflects the reality of large-scale villa development in Bali: properties designed for both private use and luxury short-stay rental require every space to perform at the highest level, because every room will be experienced by guests with discerning expectations.

The rooftop seating areas are the project's signature achievement. Three distinct outdoor spaces across the top level of the villa offer different configurations — intimate seating for two, a larger gathering arrangement, and a panoramic vantage point that captures Umalas' characteristic views across rice fields and palm canopy. Each is fully furnished and designed as a destination in its own right.

The four kitchen configurations across the property reflect the villa's multi-use brief: a main kitchen designed for full-scale entertaining, a secondary preparation kitchen, and supporting service spaces, each finished to the same standard as the public-facing rooms.

The master bathrooms — a powder room alongside the full master bathroom — are designed with the luxury rental guest experience in mind: generous proportions, premium material finishes, and a considered relationship with natural light that makes them feel more resort than residential.
